Training Update - Month 3

This month's training took a bit of a poor turn.  My distance pretty much flat lined and two of the weeks (and this current week) I only ran 4 days a week.  On the plus side, twice I did 5 mile hill runs (3X) on Wednesdays and I increased my long run duration all the way up to 11 miles, and hopefully 12 miles this weekend.  Time to lock down in the final month and try to get back up to at least 5X a week, or maybe 6X.  I'm not sure if I should run 14 miles for a long run the weekend after this one, or start to trim it down, I'll have to decide pretty soon...

In other news, I've run over 200 miles this year, if I pick up my mileage over the summer months it would be sweet to try to get over 1000?
