Week 2: T (2.5 m track), W (4 m), F (2 m track), Sat (3 m track), Sun (7 m), Total: 18.5 miles
Week 3: T (3 m track), W (4.37 m), F (3m track), Sat (3 m), Sun (3 m), Total: 16.3 miles
Week 4: T (3 m), W (4.5 m), Sun (10 miles/race), Total: 17.5
