8 Weeks Til Show Time

Training is definitely behind, and in fact I feel like I have lost much of the fitness I had when running the 1/2 marathon in Vancouver at the start of May.  Oh well, time to dig in and take care of business for the next 8 weeks, I guess?  I figure there are approx 75 workouts between now and race day, if I hit all of them, I'll be good to go?  Last night I ran 1/2 an hour with a low heart rate, so 1/75 done!.  Here is a picture of some hoodoos:
